Would be five stars, however the moving elevator went to a random floor and had its doors closed with my things in it. Building management had to call in a service company who concluded that the items in the elevator were improperly stacked and fell onto the elevator buttons. I had to rush back later in the evening when the elevator was finally operational to move my things myself.
