I had a great experience despite the lazy worker who walked off the job. This guy literally worked maybe 10mins and his partner couldn’t find him. When that happened his partner Jay stepped up and was doing the move all by himself. Jay is the best and hardest worker I have come across. He worked right through until another worker was sent (2hrs later). I have so much respect for Jay very professional and passionate about ensuring the job is done.
The only downfall is the company takes forever to answer the phone. During my move when I was trying to get a hold of someone I was on a power hold and had to hang up. Also, someone in the management level should have reached out to me and apologize for the inconvenience (they did correct the fee as it was a one man job for 2hr- I appreciate them for that) Jay did apologize time and time for what happened but management is responsible for connecting with the customers.
I would definitely recommend Jay for the job 100%. Thx so much Jay and Let’s Move
