We saw reviews and got carried away like most people and when we tried them they for 3 people they charged 169 per hour and then they sent these 3 guys who showed up at 9 in front of the house and did not even let us know they reached just to collect more hours and then came up to our house to just take a look without their Dolly’s and simply told me they will go now and get the Dolly’s again a time increasing tactic. They were talking in Spanish and like making fun almost of the time which was very unprofessional and at the end they summed stuff in wrong places and surprised us with a $1575 bill which was not even worth the stuff I had to move lol . They customer service is horrible too and office closes early with no operators to help you in the evening. And once they get their money they don’t care if the work is done and just leave or threaten you that if you call operators etc it will just increase your time and you would have to pay us more…like really!…i felt they just hurry you to pay them to just leave as they don’t care if the bathroom box is placed in the kitchen area. At the end of the service I just felt scammed in the name of professionalism. I will never recommend these guys. No way !
