I feel like this company clearly deserves the rating they have and that’s why I’m sad of giving you 4 stars instead of 5. The only thing I’d like to say, as a constructive criticism, is that one of the movers didn’t wear the mask properly most of the time and since we’re in the midst of a pandemic it’s something important that should be taken seriously.
That said, the whole experience was great from the beginning, I was scheduled, told everything with transparency and we ended up paying approximately what we estimated beforehand.
The movers were highly helpful, punctual and efficient! They moved everything we asked to and they also were extremely careful with every item.
I’m so glad we hired you guys! It made our moving experience way better and easier! We even kind of felt bad of being so relaxed while they were moving all the stuff!
Really hope that only detail is considered, just to be careful and kinder between us, now more than ever!
