Valuation Claim Process

Please submit your claim below. Your claim will be processed and settled by the claim department within 7 – 10 business days based on the valuation chosen prior to your move. Claims must be submitted 15 days or less from your move date to be accepted.

Under Upgraded Valuation Coverage your floors, walls, elevators and belongings will be covered for repairs.

Your belongings will be covered up to $10 per pound per damaged item.

To expedite the claim process and avoid delays please provide as many pictures and details of any issues pertaining to your move as necessary If you haven’t Already.

Please Note that a maximum of one claim per move per customer will be approved for coverage.

Once your claim is finalized an agent will contact you to process the necessary repair or refund to settle the claim.
